Operator
The INEX website and Minecraft network are operated by [TO BE COMPLETED: operator legal identity]. Contact: inex-sector@tuta.io. INEX is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
Accounts
To register you must link your own Minecraft account using a single-use code from the game. Keep access to your e-mail inbox secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One website account can be linked to one Minecraft account.
Supporter purchases
Purchases are processed by Tebex as the reseller and merchant of record. Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Tebex under its terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Supporter benefits follow the fair-play rules shown in the store and do not sell gameplay advantages.
Conduct
Cheating, abuse of other players, attacks on the service and attempts to bypass its security are not allowed. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or the server rules.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law. Changes to these terms are published on this page.
